Alan Spydell

co-Founder

Alan Spydell co-founded Reno Clean, playing a vital role in our operations team. His focus on streamlined and efficient procedures ensures we provide top-notch janitorial services. Alan is also the co-owner of Reno Green Landscaping, where he brings the same level of operational expertise. His leadership is fundamental to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Prior to forming Reno Clean, Alan worked in the operations team at Apple. He led the mechanical enclosure new product launch for the iPhone 11. Before Apple, Alan worked at Mckinsey Consulting where he focused on helping clients identify cost-efficient opportunities, design and execute full scale transformations, effective supply chain management, and R&D development acceleration. Alan started his carrier as a field engineer working for Schlumberger. He working as a hydraulic fracturing (frac) engineer throughout several oil filed in the US. After 3 years of field work he moved up to technical sales and district technical management positions. Alan received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Harvard Business School

Carlos Ramirez

CO-Founder

Carlos is the co-founder of Reno Clean, where his primary responsibility is ensuring customers have an outstanding experience. He ensures that services are not only top-notch, but also mindful of clients' budgets. In addition to his role at Reno Clean, Carlos is also co-owner of Reno Green Landscaping, the largest landscaping company in Reno. Reno Green offers comprehensive services to both commercial and residential customers, handling everything from design and construction to maintenance, to create beautiful outdoor spaces.

Carlos began his career in the start up space where he co-founded Incrwd, a software company that delivered interactive ads in the form of awards to engaged customers across websites. After Incrwd, Carlos joined TAPP, Inc as Chief Operating Officer. With sales over $200M and 1,600 employees, TAPP specializes in manufacturing and delivering highly engineered structural steel structures for the Transmission and Distribution industries across Canada, U.S, and Mexico. Carlos received a BA in Economics from Duke University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ingrid leads operations at Reno Clean, ensuring customers are happy with quality and dependable janitorial services. Ingrid grew up in Reno, NV originally from Mexico City, MX. She Graduated from RISE ACADEMY and started her career as an office manager/ secretary for a pest control company, Ingrid is also a full-time mom & with being a mother she wanted more for her family and began a career in the Janitorial field where she began her own Janitorial business, from then she joined Alan & Carlos to create Reno Clean. When not working and being a full-time mom, Ingrid is a big crime & mystery junkie and loves anything that involves solving cases. Ingrid’s Hobby is Drawing & video games. Ingrid also loves spending her free time watching football (GO RAIDERRRSSSSS ) & basketball! Sacramento Kings!!
