Vague bids, vague cleaning
When the tasks are not written down, each crew decides what "clean" means, and it changes from night to night.
Every free quote starts with us seeing the building. Then you get a written cleaning scope: every task, how often it happens, and one monthly price, before you sign anything.
| Task | Frequency |
|---|---|
| Restrooms | Every visit |
| Trash | Every visit |
| Vacuuming | Every visit |
| Buffing | Monthly |
| Section | Included |
|---|---|
| Nightly | Yes |
| Weekly | Yes |
| Floor care | Yes |
A price per square foot over the phone does not say what gets cleaned, how often or on which nights. When the scope is vague, nobody can point to what was agreed when something gets missed. A written scope fixes that.
When the tasks are not written down, each crew decides what "clean" means, and it changes from night to night.
Without a task list, one bid includes restrooms and floors and another does not. The lowest number is often the smallest scope.
Supplies, floor care and extra visits show up later as add-ons, because nobody put them in writing up front.
The scope is written for your building after we see it, not copied from a template. Everyone, from your team to our crew, knows what clean means for your space.
Lobbies, offices, restrooms, break rooms and floors, each with the tasks that happen there.
What happens every visit, what happens weekly and what happens monthly, like floor care.
The nights or days we clean, set around your hours, plus the start night you choose.
Whether paper, soap and liners are included, or whether you stock them yourself.
One number for everything in the scope, so the cleaning line in your budget is known.
A name and a number for questions, changes and anything that needs attention.
A written scope is not paperwork for its own sake. It is the list the crew works from, the list you can check against, and the reason a missed task is easy to spot and easy to fix.
Tell us about the space and when you want to start. We will set a time to walk it, then send the written scope and one monthly price.
