Floor Care

Commercial Floor Care
in Reno

Strip and wax, buffing, carpet cleaning, and tile, grout and concrete, scheduled after hours.

What We Do

Floor care that keeps your entrance looking good all year

High-desert dust and winter snow, slush and de-icer get tracked across entrances and lobbies. Floor care can stand on its own or be added to nightly or weekly janitorial service, and most customers schedule it on a recurring basis.

01

Strip and wax for hard floors

When a hard floor has dulled under layers of old finish, buffing only goes so far. We strip the old finish down, clean the floor and lay fresh coats of wax, so lobbies, hallways and showrooms look right again.

Stripping and waxing happens after hours, with the area closed off while we work, so the floor is dry and ready in the morning.

Old finish removed
The worn, scuffed layers come off before any new wax goes down.
Fresh coats of wax
New finish laid down evenly across lobbies, hallways and showrooms.
Done after hours
Scheduled after you close, so floors are dry and ready by morning.
On a schedule
One time, or on a recurring schedule written into your scope.

02, Buffing and Burnishing

Keep the shine between strips

A regular buff keeps a waxed floor looking good longer and pushes back the next strip and wax. We set the schedule by how much traffic the floor gets.

Step 1
Clean the floor
Dust and grit swept and the floor mopped, so the pad works on the finish, not on dirt.
Step 2
Buff or burnish
A floor machine brings the shine back on lobbies, hallways and showroom floors.

After hours
Buffing happens once you close, so nobody walks around a floor machine
03, Carpet Cleaning

Carpet that looks like it should

Vacuuming keeps carpet tidy day to day, but walkways, offices and lobbies need a real cleaning to lift what vacuuming leaves behind. We clean carpet as a one-time job or on a regular schedule.

Paired with regular vacuuming

Why it matters here
Dust from parking lots and job sites, and de-icer all winter, get ground into entrances and hard floors
04, Tile, Grout and Concrete

Scrubbed down, not just mopped over

Tile, grout lines and concrete hold onto dirt that a mop spreads around. Machine scrubbing lifts it out of break rooms, restrooms, entrances and back-of-house floors.

1
Tile and grout
Restrooms, break rooms and entries scrubbed so the grout lines come clean.
2
Concrete floors
Sealed concrete in showrooms, service areas and back rooms scrubbed and cleaned.
3
Part of the schedule
Added to nightly or weekly janitorial service, or booked on its own.
