• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives our quote form submissions
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads), which measures website visits and ad results
• Microsoft 365, which runs our company email

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are kept within Reno Clean and used only for messages about your service. We also release information when the law requires it, such as in response to a court order.

How We Protect Your Information

Only the Reno Clean staff who need your details to quote, schedule or serve your account can see them. Our website runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and our email and form providers protect the data they hold for us.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as you are a customer or a quote is open, and afterward for as long as we need it for our records, taxes and legal obligations.
